In this 90-minute graffiti-style lesson, students will work with partners to recode the core ideas of prominent 20th- and 21st-century economic and political thinkers (Theodore Roosevelt, FDR, Friedman, Reagan, and Sanders). They will then rank the thinkers based on the level of government involvement in the economy that they promote. Finally, students will make arguments to explain which thinker they most annd least agree with.
